I will meet with you to gather information on your goals for selling your home, as well as walk you through the selling process. At this meeting, I will come prepared with comparable property data to suggest a listing price and how long I expect it will take to sell your home.

How I Price

In order to land on the right price for your home, I use MLS data to find active, pending, and sold homes that are comparable to yours. This process ensures that you get the best possible value for your home, while also keeping current market conditions in mind.

Showcasing Your Home

To best showcase your home, I use professional real estate photographers who take high-quality photos and videos of your home. For homes that require staging, I am able to provide options to make your home stand out.

My Marketing Strategy

I use a targeted social media and digital marketing strategy to put your home in front of the most relevant buyers possible. Your home will be shared on several social media and home search engines including Facebook, Instagram, Realtor.com, and Zillow. From announcing that your house is on the market to open houses and closing, I create and promote ads for every stage of the listing.

Keeping You Updated

With each offer I receive for your home, I will present them to you and help you make the best decision possible. Once you have accepted an offer on your home, I  will continue to guide you through the escrow process and answer any questions you may have along the way.
